Originally from the small town of Reading, Michigan, Kourtney has embraced the welcoming, community-focused spirit of Southwest Iowa since relocating in 2023 with her longtime partner and now fiancé, Cole Haynes. Her small-town upbringing helped shape the values she carries into both her personal and professional life — hard work, honesty, and building meaningful relationships.

In addition to managing daily office operations, Kourtney is a licensed REALTOR® and serves as the company’s Contract-to-Close Specialist, helping oversee transactions from accepted offer to closing day.
