At age 30, he moved to Colorado, where his entrepreneurial spirit led him to start his own company, S&S Implements, a successful short line and used farm equipment business that he operated alongside his family. Never one to stop evolving, David later expanded into real estate, earning his license in Arizona in 2010. There, he built a thriving business focused on land and home sales, combining his agricultural background with a strong understanding of property value and client needs. Still, Nebraska always felt like home. David, his wife Kristen, and their two children eventually returned to Nebraska, where he now continues to grow his business with Arrowhead Realty Company & Auction, serving both Nebraska and Kansas.
