A graduate of Clarinda High School, JJ continued his education and athletic career at Drake University in Des Moines, where he was a member of the football program for two years before transferring to the University of Nebraska–Kearney to compete in wrestling—demonstrating his persistence and commitment to excellence.

JJ and his wife, Reagan, have been married for five years and are proud parents to their two children, Ryker and Jadyn. With strong roots in southwest Iowa, JJ understands the values of hard work, relationships, and community—principles that carry over into his professional career.

Prior to joining Arrowhead Realty Company and Auctions, JJ spent nearly five years with Sandhills Media/AuctionTime, one of the most recognized platforms in the equipment auction industry. During that time, he developed extensive knowledge of online equipment sales, digital auction strategies, and market trends across agricultural and heavy equipment sectors.

As the National Manager of Online Equipment Sales at Arrowhead Realty Company and Auctions, JJ is responsible for overseeing and growing the company’s online equipment division.
